Today we had our first real doctors appt. and sonogram. The baby's growth is right where it should be and our due date is accurate. We got to see the baby's heart beating and that was neat. The baby is really small so we didn't get to see much when it came to body parts but just knowing that everything is OK makes us happy. Warri has told us that he wants the baby to be a boy and he was disappointed when we left the doctors office without the baby in our arms. I guess he thought we were going to have the baby today. I explained to him that the baby has to grow inside mommy before it will be able to meet him and he seemed to be ok with that. This was Corey's first time experiencing a sonogram so I know that he was excited even though he tried not to show it. When I was pregnant with Warri, Corey missed a lot due to his deployments and I am glad that he was here for this one. I'm sure the 2nd one will be even more special because we will be about 20 weeks pregnant and we will be able to really see the growth of our baby.

CONGRATULATIONS, girl!!! I am so happy for the three of you. The sonograms are a wonderful thing. They're funny to me when they do the ultrasound and the baby's moving so much. It's just amazing to see the care and precision that God puts into each person He creates. I'm excited to keep up with what's going on. I love and miss you!
